It’s important to start by defining how the rules are defined in reguards to fraternization .Personal relationships between Chief petty officers in pay grade E-7 to E-9 and junior personnel in pay grade E-l to E-6, who are assigned to the same command, that are unduly familiar and that do not respect differences in grade or rank are prohibited. Likewise, personal relationships that are unduly familiar between staff/instructor and student personnel within Navy training commands, and between recruiters and recruits/applicants that do not respect differences in grade, rank, or the staff/student relationship are prohibite d.Such relationships are prejudicial to good order and discipline, and violate long-standing traditions of the Navy service. It is important to give some examples of the more common examples of what can be seen as fraternization. Dating, sharing living accommodations, intimate or sexual relations, commercial solicitations, private business partnership, gambling or borrowing money are most of the common forms of fraternization. I have had a chance to see all of these examples first hand in my time in the Navy.Many times they were punished under the laws of the UCMJ. This has not happened on every situation. It is in fact often left to the discretion of the Commanding Officer the make the final decision. The one and only unforgivable indiscretion that I have seen in relation to fraternization is the instance of recruiters having sexual relationships with recruits. This one situation is always punished to the fullest extent of what is allowed by the Navy.In conclusion my opinion is that the Navy needs to have a policy to govern inaproprate relationships between recruits and recruiters as well as student to instructor and supervisor to subordinate. Understanding Your Audience Who are you creating content for? What are their greatest wants, needs, and pain points? These are some of the first questions you’ll need to answer when developing your process. Figuring out who your audience is doesn’t have to be as hard as it sounds. Do some digging, though, and you might find that your real audience differs from the one you thought you had. To begin, answer four questions: What  problems does my company, product, or service solve? If you’re in business at all, this should (hopefully) be easy enough to answer. How do you make customers lives better or easier? Who are our current customers? Who’s buying your product right now? Make a mental note if that’s different from who you want to be buying your product. Who is my competition? You probably know who your top competitors are. However, do some quick keyword searches on Google, Facebook, and Twitter to see if you can turn up any more you weren’t aware of. What sets us apart from our competition? Why would people choose you instead? Once you’ve nailed these down, you’ll know: What topics your content needs to cover and which questions it should answer. Who is going to read, watch, or listen to that content. What your competition is doing (and start thinking about how you can improve on their efforts). What you need to do to set your content apart (so people consume your stuff instead of your competitors’). Next, develop a simple audience statement that summarizes who you’re trying to reach. Use this template and fill in the blanks: â€Å"[OUR COMPANY] creates content to help [INSERT DEMOGRAPHIC] do [INSERT ACTION] better.† Then, establish what we call your â€Å"content core.† This means identifying two things: What you do (and the topics that matter most to your company). What your audience cares about (which probably includes topics you should cover, even if they only loosely correlate with what your company does). Here are a few simple ways to get started doing this: Dig through your social media followers feeds. What are they sharing on Twitter? Run an audience survey. Use something like Polldaddy  or Survey Monkey  and ask customers or blog readers what they’re interested in (and what topics they want your content to cover. Look at your competition’s content. You shouldn’t necessarily copy what they’re doing. However, taking note of what they’re creating can give you some clues at what their audience finds relevant (provided they’re doing a good job). This is especially true when working in industries where you don’t consider yourself a deep subject matter expert (SME). In fact, several books have been written on the subject (and you should read them). Arguably, a lot of what we cover in this post also covers content strategy and content marketing strategy (there’s a subtle difference). For our purposes here, we’ll break down content strategy into its absolute most basic elements. Then, we’ll point you in the right direction to learn more. To begin, let’s answer three questions: What will you create? This means the kinds of content and channels you’ll use. Why will you create it? This ties back into your goals and the specific needs your content should address. How will you measure success? This entails establishing the specific metrics you’ll track against. Performing Content Audits How can you make sure you create more content that works, cut out what doesn’t, and avoid duplicating effort? The answer is by performing regular content audits. At a high level, here are some things to look for when evaluating past content: Generating Ideas How will you generate ideas for projects and campaigns? Quality creative concepts and campaign ideas don’t happen by accident (most of the time). Everything you create should also be connected to your overall goals. So, how do you come up with great ideas that actually move the needle? Start by figuring out who will be involved in your ideation process: Clients or internal stakeholders. Campaigns often start as solutions to problems your clients or your company is facing. Your CEO, CMO, and senior strategists. These folks are close to your organization’s overall goal-setting. Your do-ers down in the trenches (writers, designers, etc.). You hire creative people to be creative, right? Then, establish frameworks for ideation. There are a couple ways to approach this: Solo strategy sessions where individual team members generate project, content, and campaign ideas on their own. Group brainstorming sessions where multiple team members collaborate on ideation. The easiest brainstorming process we’ve had success with at looks like this: Get your team in a room and have them write down every idea they can think of in ten minutes. Have one person read every idea out loud. Then, have each team member rate those ideas on a three-point scale. Three’s are definite ideas you should execute, two’s are ideas that need some work, and one’s are, well, crap. If you do this right, the process will yield ideas all across the board (and that’s okay). Take every idea that’s a unanimous three and narrow down the ones you’ll settle on. This process works for all kinds of different projects and in all kinds of scenarios. Feel free to adapt it to fit your purposes. How will content marketing projects and ideas be brought to life? Establish Team Roles Team roles may be different than actual job titles. At its simplest level, it should achieve three goals: Helping you understand what people want to read. This typically means stuff that answers questions and solves problems for them. Make Educating Girls a Priority Essay

The article emphasizes on providing education to every eligible girl in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. It highlights that a girl who takes birth in South Asia or sub-Saharan Africa has to undergo desperate hardships such as poverty, disease, war or famine. Apart from that, she will also have to confront the disadvantage of being a girl. There is no culture, country and continent that are destitute of inequality. The root cause of girls not getting education is the cultural norms and economic hardships, which parents face. There is a norm of single-sex schooling in poor Muslim countries like Pakistan, Yemen, and Morocco and in the problem is that rural areas of those countries can afford only one public school that can be set for girls only. The inequality between girls and boys exist heavily in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa and almost all of those countries come under the category of ‘Least Developed Countries’ (LDCs). One way for these countries to head towards economic development is by ‘making educating girls a priority’. Making separate schools in places where girls and boys are educated separately is one solution. It is believed that by building girls’ schools, the education gap can be eliminated to a great extent. Policymakers can strengthen the incentives for parents to send their daughters to school by setting the no-fee policy. However, in economics, nothing is for free. There is always someone or something that pays for it. A no-fee policy may be brought about by taking a portion of the people’s taxes. Another thing the policymakers can do is provide stipend for girls who enroll in girls’ school. This would surely increase the girls’ enrolment rate as the graph below indicates that the fall in fees from ‘f’ to ‘f1’ will lead to an increase in the enrolment rate from ‘e’ to ‘e1’. Providing every eligible girl in South Asia and Sub-Sahara Africa would contribute towards the country’s development because major studies of growth conclude that improved knowledge, higher efficiency, and better education play a vital role in the functioning and productivity of an economy. The World Bank has pointed towards human development which they believe better education, and family planning can promote development as effectively as capital investment in physical plant. As the article states that 99% of the 529,000 women who die annually from pregnancy related hurdles come from developing countries and the reason for that is the lack of education for women in those countries. Uneducated women do not know the severe malnutrition and prenatal care during pregnancy which puts both the child and the mother at serious risk. Expenditure on human capital – better educated, health, and nutrition – tends to reduce birth-rates and infant mortality. The women will be educated and will be able to effectively take part in family planning as she will be aware of the consequences. Having a controlled population means a positive result in the GNP per capita which is the result of subtracting the population growth rate from the GNP growth rate. Educating the girls will privilege them to be able to raise their child effectively in a civilized manner. Educated women will be aware of dangers such as HIV/AIDS, poor sanitary habits and poor dietary habits. So basically they will be aware of the environment around them and above all they will know their rights and therefore fully stand up for themselves. So, educating the girls would not only benefit themselves but the society as a whole as well. So education helps the overall population and on a larger scales the whole world. Apart from giving a country an efficient work force, education makes the individual able to read, write, and communicate. When the people in a society are capable to bring forth their views, opinions and debates, it brings a social change and the changing attitudes of people may achieve a number of developmental aims. Providing education to the girls would also add to the country’s labor force which would definitely lead to an increase in economic growth. Therefore an economic development would shift the country’s Production Possibility Frontier (PPF) curve to the right as shown in the graphs below. In my opinion, I would say that providing education to girls in South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa by building single-sex schools is a much appreciated step because of the numerous benefits it will contribute to the world. However it has to be taken into consideration that in some parts of the world providing co-education is unacceptable for example the northern areas of Pakistan. Therefore single-sex education will be a much better choice as it will be acceptable and also appreciated. However, single sex education is said to be not as beneficial as the co-education because in co-education pupils of both gender get to interact with each other and learn much more than they can in single education. But single sex education will be the only choice that can be perused in areas where co-education is not allowed. Although building single-sex schools will have an opportunity cost as the government will have to sacrifice something in order to afford the cost of building schools, but I would say it is all worth it. When the girls of a country are educated they will definitely add to the country’s work force and educating girls means educated women in the country which means that they will know how to properly raise their children and nurture them. There are many benefits which the country will have from providing education to the girl. There are short term benefits as well as long term benefits. More emphasis will be on the long term benefits as you know that it will take time before the women of the country will all be educated and it will take time to have an impact of providing education to girls on country’s women literacy rate. I also found the idea proposed in the article by the policymakers about handing the money to the mother of the school-going girl, instead the men. Handing the money to the women is a very effective and well-thought idea as mothers are more concerned about their children’s health and nutrition.
